Coach Training
Coach Training services are provided through iCoachNewYork, a premier Executive Coach Development organization that offers a suite of services including Internal Executive Coach Training, Executive Coach Supervision, and professional education in the development of Executive Coaches.
This professional education organization includes myself and four other experienced executive coaches: Michael Frisch, Karen Metzger, Jeremy Robinson and Judy Rosemarin.
Individuals
- Professional Coaching Program (PCP)
PCP is provided by iCoachNewYork in conjunction with Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, CUNY in the Spring of each year. It is a 12-week intensive course which provides a Certificate upon completion. PCP participants are consultants, HR directors, psychologists and others who have decided to include executive coaching in their practices, either as internal or external providers. PCP includes an assigned coaching client and individual supervision. - Coaching Theory and Practice(CTP)
CTP is a three-credit course offered in the Organizational Change Management master’s degree program at the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at The New School. It is offered annually in the Fall for matriculated students; non-matriculated individuals can apply if space is available. - Supervision of Coaches
My ICoachNew York colleagues and I take on individual coaches in "Supervision" relationships.
Organizations
- Partnership for Internal Coach Development (PICD)
PICD provides a long-term, intensive partnership program to develop internal coaches within an organization. Customized programs and services can be designed as required.
